Perishable Food Items

Multani Sohan Halwa and other edible items are perishable. Therefore:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.
  • Returns are considered only in cases where:
  1. The product is delivered in a damaged condition, or
  2. An incorrect item is delivered

General returns due to taste preference, change of mind, or delayed claims are not applicable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and clear photos of:
  1. The product
  2. Outer packaging
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
